Description: Slip inlaid encaustic tile in the neo-medieval, gothic revival style with maker's marks and stabbed holes to the rear.
 
Design: Ordinal Fleur de Lys in a border of florets. Attributed to A. W. N. Pugin.
 
Colours: Orange and terracotta red.
 
Dimensions: 6" x 6" x 1" (150 mm x 150 mm x 25 mm)
 
Condition: Many cracks and chips and with mortar adhering (see photos).
