Type: Inlaid plastic clay tiles of sandwich construction.

 

Description: Four inlaid encaustic floor tiles in neo-medieval style with makers marks and 25 stabbed holes to the rear.

 

Design: Concentric circles of florets and scrolling foliage, and with thistles at the corners.  

 

Colours: Red, black and buff.

 

Dimensions (per tile): 6" x 6" x 7/8" (150 mm x 150 mm x 22mm)

 

Condition: Chips and nibbles, also some mortar adhering. (see photos).
