Type: Inlaid plastic clay floor tile.

 

Description: Encaustic tile with a geometric design and with random stabbed holes to the verso.

 

Design: Central floral rosette inside a four-lobed quatrefoil, enclosed by a circular border and small trefoil leaf motifs in the corners.

 

Colours: Terracotta red and buff. Dimensions: 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" x 15/16th" (147 mm x 147 mm x 24 mm)

 

Condition: Chips, nibbles, surface discolouration and mortar adhering to verso and sides (see photos).
