Description: Inlaid encaustic floor or hearth tile in neo-medieval style with makers marks and eighteen stabbed holes to the rear.

 

Design: Ordinal cross with four dots at centre formed by four lenses entwined in a circle.

 

Colours: Terracotta red and buff.

 

Dimensions: 6" x 6" x 7/8" (150 mm x 150 mm x 20 mm)

 

Condition: One corner is chipped also other chips, nibbles and surface marks and damage to the rear (see photos).
