Type: 4 inlaid and lead glazed, plastic clay tiles.
 
Description: Four rhomboid (paralellogram) tiles with maker's  marks and sixteen stabbed holes to the verso.
 
Design: Two with a single sword (gladius). and two with a cross with crossed keys.
 
Colours: Brown and buff.
 
Dimensions: 9 5/8" x 5 5/8" x 3/4" (250 mm x 145 mm x 23 mm) and side/edge = 5 5/8"  (145 mm)
 
Condition: Chips/ares of damage, nibbles and some surface marks also some mortar still adhering to the underside (see photos).
