Type: Inlaid and originally glazed pressed dust floor tile.
 
Description: Half-tile triangle with makers marks on the rear. Please note that this tile has not been cut - it was made as a triangle as the glazed edges show.
 
Design: Cardinal foliate cross in a quatrefoil with fleur de lys spandrels.
 
Colours: Terracotta red and buff
 
Dimensions: 8 1/8" x 5  3/4" x 3/4" (208 mm x 147 mm x 18 mm)
 
Condition: There is some of glaze and some surface discolouration (see photos).
