Type: Inlaid and glazed tile dust pressed tile with aesthetic decoration in a repeating pattern.
 
Description: Glazed wall or hearth tile with a floral pattern and with makers marks to the verso. 
 
Design: Stylised flower quarters with a central floret and Greek key pattern motifs. Designed by Dr Christopher Dresser - see 'Studies in Design', Plate XXIII (Greek ornaments, suitable for dadoes).
 
Colours: Light brown, dark brown, black and white.
 
Dimensions: 4"  x 4" x 1/2" (103 mm x 103 mm x 13 mm)
 
Condition: Some scuff marks and scratches to the glaze (see photos).
