Type: Inlaid clay tile of sandwich construction.
 
Description: Decorated floor tile with maker's marks and twenty stabbed holes to the rear. 
 
Design: Two tudor rose flowers set in circles with trefoil buds between borders of florets. 
 
Colours: Terracotta red, black, blue and buff.
 
Dimensions: 6" x 6" x 1" (152 mm x 152 mm x 24 mm)
 
Condition: Several chips, nibbles and surface marks also some mortar remaining (see photos).
